Self care can be a hard thing to prioritize. You matter, and you deserve to give yourself time and attention if you need it.

Here are some examples of what self care can look like.

 
  • Going on a walk

  • Talking to a friend or counselor

  • Taking a break from social media

  • Taking a bath

  • Reading a book

  • Writing in a journal

  • Doing yoga or meditating

  • Petting a dog

  • Giving yourself a day of solitude
