Transitional Housing
WomenSafe's Transitional Housing Program Grant through the Department of Justice's Violence Against Women Act assisted more than 40 families to find and maintain secure, stable housing.
Kimberly Krans Award
WomenSafe is pleased to honor annual recipients of the prestigious Kimberly Krans Women Who Change the World Award.
Privilege & Poverty Intern
WomenSafe hosted two full time Addison County Privilege & Poverty Summer Interns from Middlebury College. Interns combine practical work experience with classroom and supplemental readings on privilege and poverty.
MiddSafe Advocates
WomenSafe staff assists Middlebury College in their response to stalking, dating and sexual violence by providing training to their on-campus student volunteer advocates (MiddSafe). MiddSafe Advocates operate a 24-hour hotline and in-person supports for student survivors.
